Your plan is built around you: a personalized treatment plan from a licensed clinician after a review of your health profile, your prescription shipped from a state-licensed pharmacy when appropriate, and unlimited messaging with your care team so you're supported throughout.

LDN is compounded as a capsule taken by mouth, most often once a day at bedtime. Your clinician sets the strength and schedule that fit your profile, explains what to watch for in the first few weeks, and adjusts if needed. Your care team is available by message if anything feels off.

You can cancel anytime from your online patient portal. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts. Canceling won't stop an order already sent to the pharmacy. If your order is still pending, contact support and we'll help.

Learn more about low-dose naltrexone

Adults who want a clinician's view on whether LDN fits their health picture sometimes ask about it, often alongside care they already receive. It is used off-label and isn't right for everyone. A licensed clinician reviews your health history, symptoms, and current medications to decide whether it makes sense for you or whether another approach would fit better.

At full strength, naltrexone blocks opioid receptors. At the much smaller doses used in LDN, that block is brief, and researchers are studying how the body responds to that brief block. The mechanism is still being investigated, and LDN is not an approved treatment for any condition.

LDN is compounded as an oral capsule, usually taken once a day at bedtime. Your clinician chooses the strength and schedule based on your profile and may start low and adjust over time. Take it at roughly the same time each night, and message your care team before changing anything on your own.

Responses vary and LDN is not a quick fix. People who notice a change often describe it building gradually over weeks to months. Vivid dreams and lighter or disrupted sleep are common in the first week or two and usually settle. Your clinician sets realistic expectations and checks in on how you're feeling.

Reported effects are usually mild: vivid dreams, sleep changes, headache, or stomach upset early on. LDN cannot be combined with opioid pain medications or any opioid-containing product, and it is not appropriate during pregnancy. Tell your clinician about every medication you take and any liver conditions, and contact them if something doesn't feel right.
