You create your account at this step. It becomes your patient portal, where your messages, prescriptions, orders and billing live from then on.
A clinician licensed in your state reads your intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate, which medication and what dose. Clinicians are licensed across all 50 states and D.C., and each makes their own medical decisions. No prescription is guaranteed.
Most reviews finish within 72 hours. Some states require a live audio or video visit before a prescription; if yours does, you will be offered one.*
Hormone therapies (enclomiphene, systemic estrogen and progesterone) start with lab work, so your clinician can prescribe safely and track your progress. Most weight-loss, peptide, sexual-health and hair and skin treatments can start from your health history.
If a treatment is not right for you, your clinician will tell you and suggest an alternative where one exists.
Your prescription goes to a partner pharmacy licensed by its state board of pharmacy. Compounded medications are prepared by state-licensed 503A pharmacies on your prescription, never research-grade.
Orders ship free, in plain unbranded packaging with tracking, and arrive in 2–5 business days. Medications that have to stay cold ship cold-chain.
Your order comes with your clinician's dosing instructions, and your care team is a message away if you have questions before your first dose.

Your clinician weighs your BMI, health history, and goals before recommending anything, and will suggest an alternative if a GLP-1 is not the best fit. The semaglutide and tirzepatide offered through Tor Health are compounded and are not FDA-approved.
Tor Health does not bill insurance, so there are no surprise claims or coverage denials. You pay the medication price shown, with no membership fee, and you see it upfront before you commit.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees, and you can pause or cancel from your patient portal. Any orders already sent to the pharmacy will still process, so reach out to our care team if you need help with a pending order.
